Job Summary

Floating BCBA - Multi-State Licensed, this full-time remote position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and other special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various assessment tools
  • Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians and parents
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA and be willing to obtain licensure in all MeBe states
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with at least 2 years of telehealth service delivery experience
  • Demonstrated competence in delivering Behavior Skills Training remotely
  • At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs
  • Active BCBA certification and ability to pass a background check required
