Job Summary
As a Floating BCBA - Multi-State Licensed, the full-time remote position will manage a caseload of clients across various regions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing training to RBTs while ensuring high-quality interventions for children with autism.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various assessment tools
- Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs
- Provide ongoing professional development and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills
Required qualifications
- Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA and be willing to obtain licensure in all MeBe states
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with proven clinical outcomes
- Active BCBA certification and ability to pass a background check are required
- Experience supervising RBTs or BTs across multiple sites or virtual teams is preferred
