Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flood Claims Technical Assistant (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and coordinate correspondence related to claim files, ensuring necessary actions are taken
  • Enter new losses into the claims system and process payments in compliance with regulations
  • Manage vendor compliance and assist with quality control audits of claim files
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of insurance or claims experience is a plus
  • 1-2 years of previous administrative support experience preferred
  • Experience in call center type work preferred
  • NIFP/Flood claims experience preferred
