Flood Insurance Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flood Insurance Risk Manager responsible for overseeing compliance with the Flood Disaster Protection Act.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs operational activities of the pre-closing flood compliance department and manages a high-performing team
• Leads the flood compliance program, advising senior leaders on regulatory requirements and risks
• Oversees flood compliance components of regulatory exams and audits, representing the function in governance forums

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (Required)
• Master's Degree in a related field (Preferred)
• 7 or more years of experience in lending, compliance, or bank operations (Required)
• 3 or more years of supervisory or people management experience (Required)
• 3 or more years of insurance experience (Preferred)
