Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Line Manager, Floor Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold end-to-end responsibility for product lines within the floor care product portfolio
Influence and lead thinking regarding the product roadmap
Create and maintain product assets, develop business cases, and lead product teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or technical management (preferred: master's degree or MBA)
6-8+ years of experience in Product Management or related field
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Demonstrated track record of delivering successful innovative products to market
Ability to navigate ambiguity, pioneer new ideas, and drive execution plans
