Floor Plan Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Floor Plan Designer to contribute to the internal design team by creating scaled and architecturally accurate space plans and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 2D and 3D designs using various software tools to support sales team initiatives and client needs
• Modify and upscale preliminary designs provided by the sales team to a professional standard
• Conduct precise measurements and calculations to support design decisions and ensure the integrity of all outputs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with photo editing software and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• EcDesign experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on evolving design standards, tools, and industry practices
• Interest in design, with a focus on concepts related to interior design
