Floorplan Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of the floorplan business, the full-time Floorplan Sales Associate will establish and manage relationships with automotive dealers, providing tailored financing solutions while collaborating with the floorplan operations team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of independent and franchise automotive dealers using floorplan financing solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, identifying financing needs and providing tailored solutions
• Analyze dealer performance and usage trends to recommend credit increases, restructuring, or product enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in the floorplan finance industry (e.g., inventory financing, dealer lending, automotive finance)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive market
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and customer success
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field) or equivalent work experience
