Job Summary
Supporting a portfolio of accounts, the full-time Florida Account Manager will assist Field Account Executives in executing strategic account plans, monitoring account health, and developing client relationships while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AEs and Sr. AEs in executing strategic account plans and maintaining CRM hygiene
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while conducting preliminary discovery conversations
- Maintain regular communication with clients and support the execution of Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related commercial role
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a quota-carrying sales career
- Early signs of CRM discipline and organizational rigor
- Clear motivation for financial growth and commission-based earnings
- Coachable and self-aware with the ability to manage multiple priorities
