Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative (hybrid position).

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and check requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Analyze claim submissions for payment approval and resolve related inquiries
• Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payment of invoices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year accounting experience, including AP and A/R
• Preferred two (2) years experience in medical claims processing or billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows Explorer
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
• Professional attitude and strong organizational skills
