Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Divisional Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to Vice Presidents overseeing branch locations in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting, including commission processing and margin management
- Coordinate event management and support recruiting and onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
