Florida and Arizona Licensed Producer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Hybrid AAC Enrollment Fully Licensed Producer will provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, enrolling clients in products, and managing client relationships, while being based in either Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns over the phone
• Document necessary information and manage client relationships through a customer-first approach
• Follow compliance and regulatory requirements while tracking personal performance to meet productivity goals

Required qualifications

• Active Florida Resident General Lines Producer insurance license (2-20) or Arizona Resident Producer Property and Casualty and Accident and Health licenses at time of application
• Ability to become appointed/licensed as a non-resident agent in applicable states
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluency in English
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
