Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
- Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while exceeding monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products, preferably in a broker or call center environment
- Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products
- Active P&C or Personal Lines license in both Florida and California
- Technologically competent with the ability to navigate various systems and tools
- Reliable internet connection and availability to work one weekend day
