Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims in Florida and Georgia, utilizing extensive claims management experience to analyze exposure, ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Florida and Georgia Adjusters' licenses
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
