Job Summary
The full-time remote Florida Auto Claims Liaison will manage collections of outstanding accounts receivable, resolve customer billing issues, and reduce accounts receivable delinquency for auto-related accounts, including PIP insurances and secondary payers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work insurance denials and requests for information
- Manage all trauma claims within 24 hours and ensure clean claims
- Verify attorney information and support other departments with registration and collections questions
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Understanding of reimbursement payment practices including deductibles and co-insurance
- 5+ years of prior medical billing experience or equivalent in auto and legal
