Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Florida Bilingual Customer Service Rep will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support while working remotely and engaging with a diverse consumer base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back tech support and customer service calls throughout the shift
• Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and value from DISH TV
• Provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues effectively

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Smartphone or device with active data network connection
• Must reside in Florida or other specified states for eligibility
