Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Florida Bilingual Customer Service Representative, who will manage incoming calls from New York City residents, addressing service-related inquiries and creating work orders while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively listen to callers to understand their concerns and build rapport
• Address inquiries related to city services and document resident complaints accurately
• Provide timely and professional information while directing requests to the appropriate departments

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of customer service experience; or an Associate degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Bilingual in Spanish with a strong command of English
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer proficiency
• Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
