Job Summary

Florida Call Center Agent, responsible for handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of State, offering a full-time remote position that requires excellent customer service skills and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
  • Maintain a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Utilize computer software and tools effectively to assist callers
Required Qualifications
  • Stable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Possess a high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse
  • Available to work full-time during specified hours
  • Preferably reside in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas
  • Must be able to pass a background check
