Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals seeking information or assistance
• Coordinate appointments, address inquiries, and facilitate communication between patients and the healthcare team
• Document calls within medical records and code calls based on requests and resolutions provided

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in using call center software and computer applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
