Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Associate (Fully remote in Florida).

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination of medical services and implementation of care plans
• Track Medicaid redetermination and ensure compliance with Level of Care standards
• Assist Case Managers with coordination of benefits and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant, office assistant, or member services representative
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
