Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in care coordination and navigation in a healthcare setting
• 1+ years of experience using a Chromebook and Google Workspace
• Ability to navigate complex cases effectively
• Familiarity with compliance to applicable laws and regulations
• Experience in documenting tickets and updating provider data
