Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist to provide support to individuals navigating mental health and recovery-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual peer-to-peer support sessions aligned with clinician-established care plans
• Facilitate peer support groups in a virtual setting
• Support patients with illness navigation, including engagement, motivation, and adherence

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) in the state of Florida
• 2+ years of experience providing one-on-one and group peer support
• Lived experience related to mental health and/or recovery
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting and collaborating with licensed clinicians
• Comfort using digital tools, telehealth platforms, and electronic documentation systems
