Florida Clinical Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Application Support Analyst to provide support for clinical applications and serve as a point-of-contact for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an eCW Analyst on the assigned Customer EHR department team
• Provide hands-on support for approved changes to eCW settings and configurations
• Document issues and actions taken to resolve or remediate using Customer's systems and processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Thorough understanding of eCW and related 3rd Party Vendor applications
• 3+ years of experience with implementation and/or support of eCW
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Industry-specific certification(s): Electronic Health Records - MEDITECH Systems Certificate
• Aptitude for high productivity and efficiency
