Florida Compliance Search Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist responsible for conducting Military and Bankruptcy searches in accordance with client requirements throughout the foreclosure process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Military (SCRA) and Bankruptcy searches for foreclosure matters in compliance with client requirements
• Prepare and deliver completed searches to clients in the specified format and timeframe
• Maintain accurate records of all searches and compliance actions to support quality control and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Prior experience in a foreclosure or bankruptcy law firm, mortgage servicing, or legal support role preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
