Florida CPA Finance Leader
Job Summary
Seeking a high-potential Florida CPA Finance Leader, the full-time remote position will manage financial planning and analysis, strategic business partnerships, and private equity initiatives while supporting a growing SaaS company on its path to CFO.
Key responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while analyzing business performance for growth opportunities
- Partner with various teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations and support strategic initiatives
- Assist with board reporting and contribute to value creation initiatives and performance improvement programs
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance disciplines
- CPA preferred; CFA, MBA, or other relevant certifications are valued
- Exposure to SaaS business models and understanding of key metrics such as ARR and MRR
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
