Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative who will work from home in Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60 - 80 calls daily
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to improve community access to care
  • Manage tasks of increasing complexity as skills progress


Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Florida
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with strong navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access with specified minimum speeds
