Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work from home in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60-80 calls daily
• Provide personalized customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction
• Progressively manage tasks of increasing complexity as skills develop

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Florida
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High-speed Internet access with specific upload and download speed requirements
