The full-time Florida District Manager will lead a portfolio of stores to enhance customer experience, drive operational excellence, and achieve business goals while fostering high-performing teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize district profitability by guiding stores to meet sales, expense, and inventory targets
• Recruit, hire, and develop diverse talent while ensuring effective training and succession planning across stores
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and champion customer service initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of multi-store management experience in the apparel or footwear retail industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing expenses effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
• Experience in developing and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
• Effective decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
