Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Escalations Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent and accurate customer service while handling escalated calls
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer cases and maintain thorough knowledge of company policies
  • Support other operations during heavy workloads or absences
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
