Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Escalations Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and accurate customer service while handling escalated calls
- Ensure timely resolution of customer cases and maintain thorough knowledge of company policies
- Support other operations during heavy workloads or absences
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Florida
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
