Job Summary
To lead strategic growth in the public sector, the full-time Florida Executive SLED Partner will manage a $3-5M portfolio, serve as a trusted advisor to government executives, and ensure operational excellence in consulting engagements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and command a thriving portfolio by solving complex challenges and managing the full lifecycle from opportunity creation to contract negotiation
- Cultivate deep, multi-year relationships with public sector executives, acting as a trusted partner and advisor
- Provide executive oversight across consulting engagements, ensuring quality execution and client satisfaction while mentoring cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in state and local government and/or education markets (SLED)
- Active professional network in Florida, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Proven track record of leading complex pursuits from qualification to contract execution
- Experience overseeing project teams and ensuring client success in complex environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to mentor teams and build relationships with senior leaders
