Florida FINRA Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support client needs, the full-time Florida FINRA Licensed Client Representative will connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with account-related inquiries while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries, from account maintenance to issue resolution
• Lead with empathy to solve problems, uncover client needs, and provide timely and accurate solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments to continuously improve the client and crew experience

Required qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal skills
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
• A strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability
• A desire for stability and a long-term career in client service
