Florida Foreclosure Hearings Operations Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Foreclosure - Hearings Operations Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review all incoming Hearings mail
• Schedule Hearings within the 67 Florida counties, adhering to judicial requirements
• Update our and our clients' Case Management systems with Hearings information and results

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in the legal field; Florida foreclosure experience preferred
• Ability to read a docket and prepare a service list
• LPS, Vendorscape, Real Resolution, Lenstar, Clarifier and PACER experience highly preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
