Florida Foreclosure Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure files are touched weekly in collaboration with service vendor
• Prepare Notices of Action and Motions for Extension of Time as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients to gather necessary information for foreclosure requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems preferred
• Previous law firm or loan processing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of the service process preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel) preferred
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
