Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Manager in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure owner satisfaction by maintaining homes in a clean and well-maintained condition
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and manage day-to-day operations within the portfolio
• Conduct onsite inspections and manage property financials, including budget creation and management

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in service-driven property management and/or hospitality operations
• Experience with property management or accounting software
• Strong background in property financials and budget management
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends
• Current residency or close commuting distance to Miami/Fort Lauderdale
