Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Nurse in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow through facilitating hospital transfers and direct admissions
• Provide intake, assessment, and triage for internal and external hospital transfers
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and manage bed resources

Required Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of a Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Florida
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Three years of recent progressive clinical experience in an acute care setting
