Key Responsibilities

• Stay informed on industry, market, and regulatory changes to educate clients
• Manage escalated service issues to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS Degree
• 7-10 years of experience in benefits account management in a consultative role
• Current life and health insurance license
• Familiarity with the quoting process and tools
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
