Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, ASD (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned broker firms, addressing their service needs
• Provide accurate solutions and quality information to customers via phone and email
• Facilitate communication and follow-up on service issues while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a related selling or customer support environment
• Working knowledge of medical conditions/terminology and insurance products
• Prior experience handling multiple customer service issues
• Life and Health Insurance License (preferred)
