Florida Licensed Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Yacht Specialty Account Executive for a hybrid or remote position based in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess risks and negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers
• Manage an existing portfolio of business while developing new client relationships
• Prepare applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and manage renewals

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
• More than 3 years of industry experience, ideally with yacht-specific accounts
• 220-Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
• Experience with EPIC or similar agency management systems preferred
• Knowledge of yacht insurance terminology and market guidelines
