Job Summary

Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Executive will actively hunt for new business, grow existing accounts, and develop tailored marketing strategies while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage and expand client accounts by balancing new business development and client retention efforts
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
  • Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
  • Strong prospecting skills through phone, email, social media, and networking
  • Experience using CRM tools for disciplined pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
