Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Executive will oversee onboarding, retention, and profitability of assigned accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants to align with their business goals
  • Monitor service delivery and analyze key performance metrics to ensure clients receive optimal service and value
  • Coordinate Open Enrollment meetings to assist clients' members in making informed benefit decisions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in an Account Management role
  • State Health, Life, and Variable Annuity license
  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, and trends
  • Experience interfacing with clients, brokers, and external partners
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
