Florida Licensed Account Executive
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Executive will manage client accounts, oversee onboarding and renewals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants to align with their business goals
- Monitor service delivery and analyze performance metrics to ensure clients receive optimal service and value
- Negotiate renewals and retain a profitable book of business while coordinating Open Enrollment meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in an Account Management role
- State Health, Life and Variable Annuity license
- Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry and current business practices
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
- Experience interfacing with clients, brokers, and external partners
