Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of small group employer accounts, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Manager will deliver exceptional client service remotely, coordinating support across internal teams and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client relationship.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, addressing day-to-day service needs via phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers through proactive outreach and virtual meetings
  • Handle client service issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and managing the renewal process
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred, with a minimum of two years of experience in small group employee health benefits or a related insurance field
  • Solid understanding of small group insurance products, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA/Health Care Reform
  • Insurance Producer's License required
  • Familiarity with carrier submission requirements for new business and renewals
