Job Summary

Serving as the primary relationship manager for employer groups, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Manager will focus on retaining existing clients, managing annual renewals, and providing exceptional support to brokers and groups in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address clients' operational issues and concerns to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to evaluate pricing and renewal strategies
  • Serve as a trusted partner to brokers, resolving escalated service concerns and maintaining strong relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Active Life & Health license preferred; candidates without may be considered with a requirement to obtain licensure post-hire
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
