Florida Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Representative will collaborate with insurance payers for accurate billing, analyze contracts for proper reimbursement, and manage accounts to resolve billing issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with insurance payers to ensure accurate billing, collections, and denial resolution
• Analyze payer contracts and communicate findings to the team for proper reimbursement
• Respond to correspondence related to denials and billing issues, providing updates to payers and patients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations required
• Working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle, including Patient Financial Services
• Ability to pass Epic training within the first 30 days of employment
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
