Florida Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

Collaborating with insurance payers, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Representative will manage billing, collections, and denial resolutions while working remotely to ensure accurate reimbursement and support team development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze payer contracts and communicate findings to the team
• Respond to billing issues and maintain documentation of all activities
• Support team training and participate in departmental projects

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations required
• Working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle, including Patient Financial Services
• Ability to pass Epic training within the first 30 days of employment
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
