Florida Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

Managing complex, high-value accounts receivable, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Representative will analyze payer contracts, lead denial management, and serve as the primary contact for payer escalations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage escalated accounts and analyze payer contracts to ensure accurate payments
• Lead denial management processes, including appeals and reimbursement discrepancy resolutions
• Monitor A/R aging and productivity, preparing detailed documentation and reports for review

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred in business or related field
• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience required, with demonstrated experience in insurance collections and denial management
• Advanced understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and revenue cycle systems
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
