Florida Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Representative will manage billing, collections, and denial resolutions while collaborating with insurance payers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with insurance payers to ensure accurate billing and resolve denials
• Analyze payer contracts for proper reimbursement and communicate findings to the team
• Document all billing activities and maintain consistent communication with team members and leadership

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations
• Working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle, including Patient Financial Services
• Ability to pass Epic training within the first 30 days of employment
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
