Job Summary
Leading pricing strategy and execution across the product portfolio, the full-time Florida Licensed Actuarial Director will drive pricing performance and collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Analytics teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with profitability and growth targets
- Oversee rate reviews and develop pricing models across states and segments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inform pricing decisions and support new product initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of pricing experience in P&C insurance, preferably in personal or non-standard auto
- ASA/ACAS designation preferred; progress toward actuarial credentials is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, or actuarial software (e.g., Emblem, Radar)
- Familiarity with Florida and Texas markets is a strong plus
