Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Time ADA Accommodations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central communication point for leave of absence programs among various stakeholders
• Oversee the daily workload of team members and ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards
• Provide training and support for team members while managing client relationships and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Registered Nurse required
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in leave of absence management or related fields
• Prior experience in client management and leave administration processes
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave regulations and medical terminology
