Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to Director and Senior Manager levels in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Directors and their staff, including calendar management and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and handle confidential correspondence
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel to support leadership decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related work experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
- Must reside in the State of Florida and be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours
