Florida Licensed Admissions Counselor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Admissions Counselor will conduct intake assessments, maintain client communication, and collaborate with clinical staff in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments and manage a caseload of prospective clients
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, families, and referring hospitals/programs
• Coordinate admission dates in collaboration with admissions and program staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
• Experience in the mental health field preferred
• Proficient in multitasking and excellent computer skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, patience, and empathy
• Experience with Salesforce and EMR/EHR preferred
